Rates apply to direct bookings through our website for up to 6 guests. Inquiries welcome for stays of one night.

Off-Peak Season

1 Feb – 17 Dec

Two or more nights $260 per night

Peak Season

18 Dec – 31 Jan plus all public holidays, long weekends, school holidays

Two or more nights $290 per night

Credit card payments for direct bookings are accepted. A transaction fee applies.

We offer Australian Seniors Cardholders 15% discount on first night’s stay of 3 or more nights during off-peak season for new bookings.

Return guests enjoy 15% discount on their first night’s stay - all year round.

Minimum stays may apply: Easter, Christmas/New Year, long weekends and public holidays.

Cleaning fee of $85.00 per booking applies.

Please Note: The State Government Levy of 7.5% on short term accommodation applies on our rates and fees.

Cancellation Policy

We have a very flexible cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or cannot travel due to unforeseen circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund or we can hold monies paid in credit for your next stay with us.
